May be this stupid and lots of time repeated question of all time... But still I am not able to get the proper idea about this...

What is band require and each section marks -

Band for Principal Applicant -

Listening -
Reading -
Writing -
Speaking -

Band for Dependent Applicant -

Listening -
Reading -
Writing -
Speaking

The primary applicant needs to score a minimum of 6 in each category.

It looks like you're planning to apply under 2171. I take it you know it may be too late to apply since the cap may have been reached by now?

You need minimum of 6 bands to qualify , but you need to check how many points you are getting for Immigration for your age , education and experience. If it is less than 67 , then calculate how much you are falling short of , that many you need from language skills.
