Hey Guys, I'm from Lahore. I want to apply in Express Entry. My all requirements are ready but the problem is that My IELTS score is bit low Embarrassed, would you please tell me how can i apply in express entry.?? I'm so much fed up with IELTS Angry Angry . Thanks

IELTS is one of the basic requirements. Study more and come back later. Use resources in IELTS forum here, some of them are quite good.

Or take CELPIP in Canada, or learn French

As long as each of your four IELTS scores are 6 or more - you can apply. Otherwise you have to rewrite IELTS before you can apply for Express Entry.

Try to take the test again, but practice a lot before taking it. Record your speaking with microphone and listen to it, find your mistakes, improve speaking, record again, listen, check, ask smb else to listen to it and understand what you were saying.

Practice writing essays, ask somebody to proofread. Use all materials available online, buy books and CD if necessary. Give yourself enough time to prepare and do your test.
Good luck.

@mf4361 thanks for you reply, is there any way that i apply with 5.5 band. i just use canadian eligibility tool, and they allow me to accept if i set the option(do you have valid job offer in canada) "YES" .. and right now I don't have any offer :(

5.5 is too low. You'll need to take IELTS again.

Why do you even want to move to Canada if your English skills are not good enough? Listen to other comments, practice more and apply again when you have a good score. Even with an average score of 6, you still don't have a chance to compete with other applicants, most of them have clb level 9 or higher.

You need an approved LMIA in addition to the job offer (without an LMIA the job offer is not regarded as a job offer under express entry). An LMIA is something your employer must obtain and typically takes several months to get.

Hopefully Canada starts accepting pretty soon other Exam formats. Like TOEFL, CAE , CPE or even PTE . Literally sick of IELTS and their money making rant business.

Too low for Express Entry, but you can look into other PNPs with low IELTS requirements, like SINP In-Demand Occupations (closed for the year though).
