IELTS score is linked with old passport number : Need Help

Hi,

I have already given my IELTS paper but recently i applied for new passport because i had to add my husbands name in my passport. Now Passport office has issued me a new passport with a new passport number.

My IELTS score is linked with my old passport number.

Kindly guide me while applying for Canada immigration how i mention that my IELTS is linked with my old passport.

Please help me.

Copy of old passport is required to be sent with the documents. This will take care of situation.
