IELTS score help

Dear Friends,

today i got my IELTS results.
I got Overall: 7.0 band....

Listening: 7.0
Reading: 7.5
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 6.5

Can anyone please confirm how many CIC points i will get.
i know that score of 6 in each will get me 16. but i need little more then 16, so very much confused with this result..

please help....

Listening = 4
Reading = 6
speaking = 5
writing = 4

total = 19

you will get total 19 Points.
