Ielts score for NOC A - Express Entry

I have IELTS overall score of 6.5, which has

Reading - 6 ,
Writing - 6,
Speaking - 7,
Listening - 6

I have NOC job level A, and i m not sure if this score is enough for Express entry...

Can anyone help clear my confusion?

which states that Express entry NOC level A requires 7 in each language abilities of IELTS test.
This is what made me confuse. Do you think, this is updated or may be new requirements ?

You are confusing two different things, in order to know what your CLB score is you must first convert your IETLS scores using a chart to know its equivalency.

That is a score of 6 in all IETLS sections translates to CLB 7 in all sections, this is why your score is sufficient.
