IELTS score for CEC

I am a postdoc in Canada, I got the IELTS score as 6.5, 6, 7, 5 (under remarking) and 6, 6, 6.5, 5.5

I am just wondering if it is possible to apply CEC?

it depends what job you have... better the job, more is the language requirement

Depends on your skill label if B than you are good otherwise you have to do again IELTS.
