IELTS Score and Express Entry

Hi,
I got score S7 w6.5 L8 R8.. over all 7.5. I am getting overall 381 points.

Need suggestion :
1. Should i go for revaluation of IELTS or retest. incase of retest, can I upload the new score later?
2. Which province I can apply with these score. guess ontario need minimum 400 score.

If you are confident about your writing section, you could get it re-evaluated. If you get 7 in Writing along with at least L8, R7, S7, you can get up to 50 additional points depending on your education and experience. Ontario is interested in 400 and above scores.

Yes, please do. The earlier you submit the EE profile the better. And you can improve on anything while your profile is active.

May I know if the profile needs to be created after receiving the WES report?

You can create the profile beforehand but it cannot be submitted (since it cannot be completed before the WES report if you are claiming points for education credentials). It requires details including a unique evaluation code from your report.
