Ielts score 4.5 overall how can I reach Canada

Dear all
I have completed my General nursing . I have 4 yrs. experience as a nurse and 8 yrs. experience as a medical claim processor in the medical claims department. Please let me know what all the steps we should do in order to reach in Canada. I have competed my WES with the help of one agency and done my IELTS General I got 4.5 in over all. Listening 4.5 Reading 3.0, Writing 5.0 ,speaking 6.0,

Your IELTS is to low to be eligible for Express Entry as you need CLB 7. Also to work as a nurse you need to be assessed through NNAS (google it and process takes about a year), then you apply to be licensed in the province you want to live in.

As said above, you need to improve your English language skills significantly and achieve a higher test result on IELTS. Until you do that, Canada isn't an option for you. In order to be able to work as a nurse in Canada, you must be able to communicate effectively in one of Canada's main languages (English or French).
