I am new here and would really appreciate if someone can guide me. I have given ielts on 6th January,2018 but the result seems to have been withheld/delayed..May I know if someone else faced that problem and if they did how long did it take for them get their results? I am hoping it will be up by the end of this week.. but if not I am thinking of giving it again but this time through IDP... I have already sent my certificates and my university has already sent the transcripts through DHL to WES... now I am waiting for them to receive it and start processing. I am thinking that I will make the profile by end of next month.. my score when i calculated through CRS is coming up to 452 (assuming i get atleast 7 in IELTS)..is that a good enough score?
My other main concern is showing proof of funds, the issue is I just opened a bank account like a month ago and I am thinking that if i get ITA by chance after three months or so I will still not be able to show 6 months average balance, has anyone experienced that? Please advice.
Lastly regarding the funds if i show the funds as inheritance money(my dad passed away last year in aug and I haven't claimed it) what document will i need as proof? and will it matter if my bank account is 6 months old or not? is there a period restriction that i should have the funds for at-least 3 or something months in my account? or can I just do it last minute?
