Is ielts test report a must with fedral skiller worker application to CIO? I have to send application but have not appeared in IELTS yet.

oops...Starting April 1,2010 IELTS is a requirement for applications to CIO Sydney also.
Check the CIC website and kindly confirm yourself

No its not. Read the Document Check, where does it say that the IELTs result is supposed to be sent to CIO Sydney?
