IELTS required for AINP stream

Hello. I'm just got nomination from Alberta and I'm preparing documents. And there's change recently I have to obtain IELTS score. Does my spouse also need to take IELTS? Does anybody know about it? Or since I'm main applicant, just I need to get it? Please help me.

Hi ponchita,

I don't know in which stream you are in, but IELTS is required only for the semi-skilled workers. Please see below link.

Thanks for your response. I applied for US H1-B stream. I even didn't know there's semi-skilled worker category and skilled worker category. As I checked your link my case falls in skilled worker category doesn't it?
