should i take IELTS test first before applying to a school?
what grade should i have to be accepted by a school?
if i graduated a 2 years diploma course will i be eligible for PGWP and then CEC?

It is optional to appear in IELTS, many colleges are in Canada that give admission without IELTS.

It is depend upon ur course. Many colleges exempt IELTS such as Fanshawe College, Nait, GrantMacewan

College may give you admission without ielts.

But its funny that SOP(proofless document)neither in documents checklist though most people attach it with visa application but I.E.L.T.S.?
most important document which proves your english adaptability.
Though many people comments that ielts is not in a checklist. LOL

yes there are many colleges who doesnot demand ielts but under spp nd univesity checklist u should provide them ielts bands....if u wont provide them ielts u are going to put one step forward for rejection
