IELTS Query

I am aware of the points for CLB 7 and CLB 9 IELTS score however; I just read in one of the topic in forum regarding IELTS bonus points.

Can we gain more points then the points with CLB 9?? Can you share the link where I can know exactly the points that can be gained with IELTS??
