My advice? Get the SAT College Board book, and go through that at the very least, since it gives you a strong base in English to begin with. More than anything else, it will teach you the kind of English grammar and rules that you need to know to do well in IELTS.
Apart from that, the Cambridge IELTS study guide, and the Barron's IELTS study guide are helpful too.
