IELTS points for express entry and pnp

Hello experts and seniors

I have done 16 years of education i.e BS in software engineering, I m aspiring to migrate to Canada. I hired a consultant and he gurenteed me that with 6.5 each ielts bands, I can get PnP and with 8 7 7 7, I can get express entry. I am not sure is that true or he is trapping me. my age is 32. Can anybody help me out.

You should calculate how many points you have under EE with 8 7 7 7 in IELTS. Right now you need 440 or more points to be selected. I don't think you have enough points.

For PNP, you'll need to research the program options for the province where your husband is working.

For Express Entry, really impossible for any of us to guess what the chances are of the score going down, when, and by how much.

One more thing, I have done BS SE 16 years degree and MPA which is also 16 years of degree. can I apply as two or more degrees option in the education section ?

Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.

You'll need to get your education officially assessed to see how many points you'll get.
