Hello! I took the CELPIP this past weekend in Toronto. CELPIP is only offered in Canada and UAE as of now, so if you're in the States, the IELTS is probably the easiest in terms of logistics. The CELPIP was pretty easy, as a native speaker. I was done in about 1 hour flat, which is how long it usually takes native speakers, according to a staffer I spoke to.
