IELTS is more than one year now after CIO submission

Hi guys,

I have applied at CIO-NS on 3/may/2010, when I applied My IELTS (Dated 31/5/09) was only 11 months old,
but I haven't received my AOR/Doc's request yet and now mt IELTS is more than one year old,
Do I need to retake IELTS, Please help

1. Your IELTS was not 1 year or older at the time of initial Application.

2. Your IELTS will be accepted throughout the entire process of your immigration file.

3. When you get the file number, note your initial application date and compare with IELTS date.

You may not be retake the IELTS agains as your file lock-in-date is 3rd of May-10. So don't worry, you are ok with the existing IELTS.
