Hi,
Please help...
Me and my husband applied for Nova Scotia AIPP, and now we hope that the endorsement will be approved.

He has a work permit for 2 years and he is already working for 7 months under Atlantic Intermediate-skilled program(LMIA). We landed together and I have visitor visa. He took CELPIP exam. Is it mandatory for me to take English exam (CELPIP, IELTS) too, when we apply for Permanent resident, if I am accompanying family member and not a Principal Applicant like my husband?

Do I have to translate all my highschool diplomas like him? Do I have to take medical exam and obtain criminal record from my country of origin?

My husband have criminal record but it is taken in January this year, is it to old?

Ielts and Eca May not be needed for dependent. However you will need medical and pcc.

Hello.! I got an offer under AIPP. I want my wife to be with me when we go to canada. Can you please advise me on visitor visa. Did you apply for your husband temporary work permit together with visitor visa? Can you please share your experience regarding this matter. Thank you
