IELTS is complete and WES evaluation report sent directly to IRCC, do I make my Express Entry profile now or are there other steps to consider first?

Just wondering what I should do next. IELTS is complete, WES foreign education evaluation report is complete. What's next? Start the Express Entry profile? I'm going for CEC.

Start the profile. If you are confident for an ITA, you will need employment letters, police reports and medical exam.
