IELTS for pilot training

Hello ! I have scored 6.5 in each module except in writing ( 5.5 ) . I want to apply under SDP in Canadian flying school . Requirement is 6 in each module but can there be any exception for pilot training programme.
for example if I can take any letter from flying club stating IELTS is not required .
I have academically 80% in English from CBSE board .
please help

What is SDP? Do you mean SDS? If so you need to meet the minimum score requirements to apply through SDS. A letter from your school will not do.
