IELTS expiry at the time of receiving the CEC file by CIO!!!....Help..

Hi Guys,
I mailed my CEC document and received by CIO office on 27th JAN 2014. My IELTS expiry date was 19th Jan 14. Did anyone submitted the file like this?..and received AOR(File number)??..Did CIO guys replied saying to retake or update IELTS validity?..What happens now?..Please share your thoughts... : : :

You should expect that your entire application will be returned to you. Yes - you need to retake IELTS.

The application will be returned if any request is not met
