My IELTS scores will expire in January. I have not submitted my express entry profile yet. If I submit it now, will it become ineligible in January? Also will crs score get updated after birthday?

Yes, it will become ineligible in January if you haven't received ITA yet and submitted your application. Yes, your CRS score will be automatically updated after your birthday.
