Hello... I received my ITA but my IELTS test will expired May 21st, 2023. Does it mean I have to re-take the test before the 60 days of submitting?

You get your AOR with 24 hours of you submitting your PR application with all docs that are required in response to an ITA. I got mine within minutes for context.
