IELTS EXPIRE on July 2013 do i need to reapply if plan to file FSW in may

Hi,

My IELTS expire in July 2013, i am planning to apply (possibily if NOC come) in May FSW new scheme.
do i need to re apply IELTS or this will do?

The IELTS should be valid for at least 1 year on the date of application submission.

As long as your applications reaches CIO (and they open and check your application perhaps) before the expiry of your IELTS then its fine.

Open the FSW checklist from the application package, browse to point number 9 for language and then see the note at the bottom of that box.
