Does Spouse have to give IELTS (Any English) Exam for PR Spousal Sponsorship??

if the marriage happens in other country than Canada..What proof of Sponsorship of Marriage needs to be submitted ? Is Marriage Certificate necessary or there can be other attached documents for the same?

I also asked the 1st part of your question in this forum and someone told me that NO, for spouse sponsorship spouse does not have to take the IELTS exam But for citizenship you need to take the exam. I am still not sure about this. This topic will clear my question too.

For 2nd part of your question: You may follow the guideline regarding your country and CIC req for marriage certificate or the substitute for that(if any). For proofs following could be attached:
Phone calls records, chat history, skype/viber/whatsapp/FB chats etc. Greeting cards, joint account, land papers (if any), car lease etc. and most imp are the pics, because a pic speaks lots more than a written story.
