Hi .. can you please tell me if I can apply student visa with either Ielts general or duolingo?

IELTS test is for 2 hours, 45 minutes, and Duolingo takes 1 hour. If you can do well in the less stipulated time, then go with Duolingo. Otherwise, take ILETS. You can also take both tests. Consider the test with a high score.
