IELTS confusion..Please Help!!!

Hi Everyone,

I have taken my IELTS test twice and here are my scores

Take 1
Speaking-8
Listening-7.5
Reading-8
Writing-6

Take 2
Speaking-8
Listening-7.5
Reading-7
Writing-7

My confusion is can i pick bands from different IELTS score cards. My score will increase if i do so..My current score is 441 and my score will boost to 464.

If that is not possible and i retake the IELTS, do i have to use the latest scorecard or i can use the previous one.

P.S. I started to hate this test. How many of you are in the same boat..

I can understand this situation, i have attempted IELTS 5 times and at last 5th time i was dejected before results because may be i couldn't clear this but i did it with high score. Below is my post

Reply to your question- you cannot pick bands from different IELTS score and yes you can retake IELTS and use whichever scorecard you want
