if you wanna score 16points for language then: L: 7.5, W: 6.5 R : 6.5 S: 6.5.. high profeciency

it depends on your overall points.
u have to score over all 67 points including the ielts.

IELTS is mainly to prove profeciency in language. Luckily it also carries marks. If you have already scored 67 but u still need to appear for IELTS with your first set of documents to CHC as per new rules introduced from June 2010

ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT (AEO)

everyone,

my occupation i.e (electrical engineer ) is not in the NOC list ,so how much chances do i hav 4 getting an arranged employment from a canadian employer, which is the only option for n applicant if he/she does'nt fall under the NOC list. Is it easy ?? ? IS IT possible without hiring an agent ??? my maternal uncle stays in canada so , will that make any difference:-\ :-\ :-\
