IELTS and NBI to follow

we already submited our full docs to VO and 120 days has passed but the NBI and IELTS result is not included because i need to retake the exam so meaning i need to send my result again, is there any chances that the VO will reject my visa application???

is that okay to send a letter? because they said that theres no documents to follow they are allowing that.
