Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply for CEC outland from India. Came back March 18. Have done PG from canada 2011-2013

Experience is 18th March 2013- Dec 2015 year Noc O exp. 2015 jan to 2015 Oct not worked. Nov 15 worked till 18th march 16 worked Noc O.

But I left on 19th March 2016 and landed here on 20th March 2016. So its a one day overstay in canada. Would that be a problem?

Got my IELTS results :

Overall Band 6.0

Listening 6.5
Reading 5.0
Writing 6.0
Speaking 6.5

Can anyone tell me whats the PR processing time if I try from Express Entry in first week of June after my IELTS result. It will be CEC outland from New Delhi.

Since my experience letter mention that I worked as a Store manager first 1and a half year and deptt manager in retail for 6months .

Am i still elegible for NOC B with this result.

Docs I have :
1. ITR for all three years.
2. Credit card statement from Canada.
3. Police clearance from Canada issued on 11th march (reason mentioned; Immigration)
4. Post graduate from Canada two years diploma in Business management financial services.
5. study permit and open work permit three copies are available too.

Please reply I am Nervous what to do.

Your IELTS results are too low to qualify. You need to score at least 6 in each of the four categories.

Considering OP didn't provide any information regarding PNP nomination or LMIA; you might qualify and have enough points for an ITA through EE if you can improve your IELTS score to 7-8 in all bands.
