After I had uploaded my Australia Federal Police Certificate File, and press the "Next" button, it shows the following.

System-generated error code:T7N1QA2Q (2016-08-03 15:24:32)

Some information seems to be missing in your application. Review your form and make sure that you have filled in or chosen an answer for each field, and that the answer is in the correct format. For example, there should not be numbers in a text field.

If you continue to receive this error message, you should review the FAQs in the Help Centre. If your issue is not answered there, submit your issue through the Report a Technical Issue button at the top right of the screen.

I had been trying this for 5 days, and this happened every time. I even asked my friends in Macau, helped me to try, but still remain the same.
And the document shows I had uploaded success.

I had tried IE, Google Chrome and FireFox, I had tried to delete the cookies, or reset it. But none of them is successful.

And I had also submitted "report a technical issue" to IEC, but it takes 10 business day to reply, which may exceed my deadline.

By the way, I am currently in Thailand for travel, not sure does the network of Thailand had effect or not, but my friend in Macau also remain the same.

Does someone has the same issue as I do ?
And what can I do ?

Hi,

I have been having the exact same problem for over a week and get the same error description every time. In Chrome it says 'invalid XML' at the top of the tab but that is my only clue.

Any help would be great, I too am up against a deadline.

I've the same exact problem, I've been waiting for the last 16 weeks for my FBI Clearance, and now I can't process the uploaded file. Also I tried to change name of the file, from pdf to jpg and so on...
Any help? I'm also 3 days away from my deadline

I got a new message of delay submission, but then I tried to upload again. However, it still showing that "system-generated error code"...
Sigh, did you guys try to re-submit and did success ?

Nothing so far, I`ve tried everything.. I called and emailed half of the world. My deadline is gonna be in 2 days, I hope they are gonna fix it before than. Keep me updated in case something new happens

MarcelloB, did u write the "report a technical issue", I think got to write that first, then they may respond you. I had "report. Technical issue" three times, then they reply me and delay the deadline after. Maybe u should try that so, and mention this happened to u since when, and they will let u upload a picture of the system error screen shot.

So far I tried everything, even submitting a message to the tech servers, and nothing happened. I went to the MP office recently to tell them to upload this clearance and they did, although it doesn`t show up on my cic accout.
Today I tried to login and continue trying uploading my stuff, but another error more generic occurred...
Wish me good luck :(

Somehow going to the MP of the area, helped out, I received the LOI...
I'm already in Canada because me and my girlfriend arrived about 4-5 months ago (I've a tourist visa). Should I somehow go back in America, and come back in Canada so they can stamp/release my Visa( IEC), or is there any other easier way? Perhaps an office?

Hey thank you for answering. We are currently living in London, Ontario. its in between the Niagra-Detroit border.
So you think it should be okay, staying out for one day and coming back? I just wanna make sure that I'm not gonna into in any problem!
