IEC Young Professional - changing location with same employer

Hi,

I am now in Canada on working holiday visa and since August I am going to switch to Young Professional. The new visa is going to be linked with branch in Toronto but I would like to move to Vancouver. The employer has a branch in Vancouver as well. Do you know if it is possible to switch locations from Toronto to Vancouver when it is the same employer?
