Hello everyone,

I am from Czech republic, my passport is Czech as well...one of the requierements for my country is living in Czech republic when applying for IEC VISA. I have been living in UK for 2 years. I was honest in my application but from what I have read I am 100 % sure they will reject my application.

My question is...In case I will apply again after rejection, can I enter there my Czech address? I mean...is there any chance they will find out I am not currently living in Czech republic?

Thank you

All applications are kept on record (including refused applications). If you apply again, they will know you are living in the UK and your application will be refused again.

You need to wait until you have actually returned to the Czech Republic and are living there again before you reapply.

Thank you for prompt reply.

That is bad as I am not planning to go back to Czech republic soon :(

In that case the IEC visa unfortunately isn't a possibility for you.
