IEC working holiday duration start date.

Hi guys,

Just a clarification I need regarding IEC. Does IEC working holiday visa activate when IEC offer letter is issued or does activate upon entry into Canada. In other words, if my IEC visa is 23 months, should I count the 23 months from the date when I get the conditional letter or from the day when I land in Canada?

I appreciate any clarification someone can provide about this!

Hi, my country of origin is New Zealand. Though, looking on the website, looks like IEC is currently closed for almost all countries.
