I am applying for an IEC visa and I have a request for:
Document: Court record/police report
Provide a court record or police report that outlines the date, place and nature of the offence you committed and how you were involved. You must provide the document(s), even if you have not been charged with or convicted of this offence. If you are on trial, the document(s) should also indicate the stage of the proceedings.
I have a few minor police cautions from my youth on my record which I have disclosed, however I don't know where I need to go to request this information in the UK.
If anyone has any understanding of this I'd greatly appreciate it.
