IEC VISA and Online training course with work.

HI guys,


I am currently on the 2014 IEC and on my visa in my passport it says that i cant enroll at a college or university. (not sure of the exact wording)


However my employer wants me to progress and wants me to take an online course in project management. Im not sure if its through the local university or an online company. Would this be breaking the rules of my visa?

I am not enrolling full time its just an introduction course online. My work pays for it and everything.

What are your thoughts?

You're fine. Go ahead and take the course.

What you're not allowed to do is enrol in a course that is longer than six months (e.g. degree / diploma).
