I am very frustrated... I have applied for IEC and I got it but they asked me for more information. I don't know why, the document was not upload so my application has been denied.
They say in the message that was sent to me that i could reapply again but I don't know how...
PLEASE, someone that could guide me?
"• You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for submission of the following documents: a Schedule 1 form in order to determine your whereabouts from 2008-01-01 to 2012-08-31.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee."
