Hi! 8 days ago I sent my application and paid the fees for IEC (Young Professionals) from Spain, in this web page (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s/work-canada/iec/apply-work-permit.html#fees) it says that the biometric instruction letter (BIL) should arrive 24 hours after paying the fees. It has been a week and I haven't received anything, what can I do?
