IEC 2019 Age restrictions

Hi, I have just received my Port of Entry which states I now have a year to enter, before May 2020. However, I turn 31 in November 2019, so must I enter Canada before I turn 31? I am happy to do this. Will I still get given a two year visa if I have 2 year Insurance? Any input appreciated.

As above link your application is approved at your age at the time (30) and not based on your age when enter the country. Just arrive with your still valid POE letter , passport valid beyond 2 years, 2 years travel insurance and proof access to 2500 cdn and you should get your 2 year permit whether still 30 or 31 at time of arrival.
