IEC 2015

Im planning to apply through the IEC to get a working holiday visa im 25 from the uk.iv been reading that it wont be open for application until January 2015 and it is a first come first serve basis. I want to get my application in as early as possible so is there anything i should be collecting just now so when it opens I can be served quicker?

Have your kompass account set up and ready and your police certificate, passport photos.

Cant do much else, its a free for all.

Hi,
I cannot find the police certificate in the required documents. Is this still required? I am hoping to apply in Jan (I am from the UK) but I am currently in the US so this is going to be tricky

I thought you can "...only create a Kompass account when the IEC application process is open for your country,..."? You can create it before hand?

From what I've read, police certificates (for countries you've lived for 6+ months over age 18) are required for step 2 (CIC?).

I believe you can complete all sections of the application except for the IEC category you are applying under. Hopefully they don't delete all the other sections when they roll from 2014 to 2015.

Then you just complete your choice of working holiday, etc, and submit right away.

We've also been trying to create a Kompass account but it won't let us until the quota for his country (Germany) opens for 2015. Maybe if you have an account from past years it's different? We check back everyday to try to create an account!
