IEC 2014 Help!

Hey guys,
I was wondering about the process of applying for the IEC 2014 visa and how to do it? I cant find anything on any websites, wont let me sign up for a compass account or anything? Can I only do this when the process opens? if so is there a date? been trying to find out information for months now and cant any. be really helpful if you guys could point me in the right direction!

You won't be able to sign up for anything until the program actually opens. Check back in December.

Hi there, I've never written on a forum before so forgive me if I've written this in the wrong place! I am hoping to get a 2014 IEC visa to go in May and was just wondering if the date and time of the visa release for the UK will be posted on the Canadian Embassy website? I understand that a final date is still being finalized, but just wanted to know if that had happened in previous years so people can prepare themselves right down to the last minute!
