IdHSC - FBI Checks - Not able to get any status for PR application

Hi,
I recently got my ITA for Express Entry application for PR. I need to provide by Police Verification for stay in US for which i applied for the IdHSC check through FBI.
I sent my fingerprints in early Mar, 2020 - although the system shows that processing time is around 2 weeks, I am yet to receive any update regarding my application.

Please let me know if someone has any idea of the current processing times for IdHSC.

It is a bit abnormal because it only took me 4 days to mail in the fingerprints and get the digital report. Maybe because of Covid-19.

May be. Also, did you apply from Canada through mail/online application?
