Identity & Civil Status Documents Per Immigrants Guide

Ok I can`t find this list anywhere, can someone please link me where this is? I`m the sponsored person from the US.

your passport, birth certificate and marriage certificate (if married). it is listed on the checklist for the application.

It says `Identity & Civil Status Documents as per document list in the Immigrants Guide.`
I`d really love a link to that exact guide. all I keep getting is the Guide for the Sponsor. And the search for guides and forms page is useless.
