Hello all,
in Appendix A Document Checklist it says to provide "national identity cards, birth certificates, baptismal certificates or other official document confirming relationship for you and each of your family members". Does it mean I need to provide ONE of these, or ID card AND birth certificate? And will a certified photocpy do or do I have to send original documents?

Just one from the list.
Unless it states it wants originals, photocopies are fine. They don't even need to be certified.
I think it says that somewhere on the checklist?
I just sent in a copy of my birth certificate and had no issues, same for my passport.

Great, thanks for your answer. I will send then my husbands ID card, since the birth certificate would have to be translated.

You are going to need the birth certificate, Get it translated and send it in.

thanx PMM, I will have it translated then . So if I send the birth certificate, I don´t need to send ID card as well, right, since I have to send a photocopy of my husband´s passport anyways?
