I read the threads but still i need proper answers as to write about the backlogs in the SOP or not.
i had 11 backlogs and cleared them all..

no need to bring your backlogs in limelight in SOP, just focus and write about your achievements and great scores.

u can write a 2-4 lines about backlogs, saying that at that time you were in tense state of mind due to personal issues. write that failure of backlogs made u very hardworking student. say that failure of backlogs made u shine in exams. write that failure is stepping stone to success. (only write these lines about backlogs if your mark sheets or other materials reflect backlogs.)

MODIFY: i have written "write that" too many times. i dont want to use proper english.

DO not write that u had 11 backlogs. do not mention the no. of backlogs.

Yes don't mention the no. Of backlogs
Because they will never know ur no. Of backlogs as they are not written on semester marksheets
