I'd like to change my working hours

I have a lmia visa and working 40hours per week. When I registered LMIA visa I submit my job offer letter(40 hours per week)
However I have been working for 1year and I would like to reduce it to 30-35hours per week. Should I submit some documents to cic?

Have you discussed this with your employer? You can’t just change your hours they need to be willing to allow you to work less.
