I have a question about intra-company transferee program.
I was invited to work in Canadian office and we are trying to understand do we need LMO or not. I am currently working in a company based in 2 cities — Toronto, ON and Moscow, Russia. Both companies are working on the same product. We have 4 main teams (Support, Marketing, Product design, Development) — 1 is fully in Moscow, and the rest 3 of them are working in two offices. I'm meet all the requirements for ITC program as Specialized knowledge worker.
What are the specific requirements to estimate a correct relationship between Canadian and foreign companies?
Companies are working under the contract. Is this enough for applying?
