ICT work permit and H1B

I am on H1b and working in Rochester and will be moving to Ontario through ICT(closed workpermit) in next 2 months.
my family consists of me,my spouse(on h4 no eid) and 2 kids

My H1b expires in march and My questions are

1. is it possible that i move to canada and bring back my family after a month or 2
2. is it possible that i travel up and down for couple of weeks to setup my family in Ontario

any help will be highly appreciated

No issues from a Canadian perspective. Can't comment on the US - you would have to post that question to a US immigration forum.

I'm assuming your kids already have approved TRVs for Canada and your wife has an approved TRV or OWP.
