ICT Visa dependent - On Open Work Permit - Claiming 50 Points

Hi All

My spouse is working in Canada for last 2 years on ICT dependent visa - open work permit. Though i have come back to India, she continues to work there. Was wondering if she could be a primary applicant for PR and claim 50 points on job offer.

Kindly help with any suggestions.

She doesn’t get 50 points as she is not on closed, LMIA exempt permit. You are the only one who can claim the points as primary applicant, if eligible.
