ICT during spouse sponsorship

Hi everyone,

I did not find any thread regarding this so that's why I created .

My Question is following :

My wife have PR in Canada she applied my spouse sponsorship application . I am in India and working with a MNC company . My company will transfer me to Canada .

So I need to confirm Can I eligible for ICT (Intra company transfer) because my PR application already is in under process .Thanks in advance .

Yes - you can apply for an ICT.
